LeBron James and Nike Basketball have collaborated on the Zoom Soldier series, which features Zoom technology, higher ankle support, and three large velcro straps.
One of the more popular models in the line is the Lebron Soldier 10 shoes, which debuted in exclusive championship colors via NIKEiD on June 21st, 2016 for a retail price tag of $180, adding another appealing factor to the popular shoe series.
Here is a rundown of the shoe line per Nike:
“All of it was built around giving LeBron lockdown, so we created a shoe completely based around it, giving him this totally protected, contained force for his feet,” James’ Nike footwear designer Jason Petrie said of the show.
“Playoff mode, team shoe, FlyEase, straps, laces — there’ve been different takes throughout the years, but it’s always been another tool LeBron could pull out at any time. With the Soldier, many of those performances helped define his legacy.”
